Chad & Lisa Wasmundt - South Bend Worship Directors
Chad and Lisa have been in the ministry of music since 1996 and currently serve as the Worship Directors for CLC South Bend. Chad’s experience singing, playing, and writing songs began at a young age. Lisa started ministering in song as a teenager. Together they have faithfully continued to follow the call of God on their lives. Until recently, they served as Worship Pastors in central Illinois, as well as being involved leading worship for many different outreach functions in the community. Chad and Lisa both have incredible hearts toward God and love to lead others into the presence of God with excellence. They also hope to train up others to function in the gifts that they have been called to. They have been married since 1994 and have 5 beautiful children: Jacob, Emily, Bryan, Michaela, and Harvest.
Nickolette Clemens - South Bend Tiny Town Director
Nickolette Clements wife of Dan Clements and mother of 14. Nikki grew up knowing God had called her to the mission field of mothering His children, so naturally children have always been the heartbeat of her life. She has been caring for children for over 28 years, through church, child care, mother, foster parent and permanent guardianship. A new burden has been burning in her heart for several years, to find a way to truly mentor & minister to families through children's ministry. When she heard of CLC's desire for a family based ministry she knew God had placed that burden for a time such as this. Nikki delights in being director of Tinytown in South Bend so she can be a part in helping God desire for families come to pass.
Emma Saunders - South Bend Up-Town Director
Emma Saunders loves working with children and that’s why she is our UpTown director! She has long invested in the lives of children and believes that a strong faith and spiritual life can begin in childhood. Erma has been involved in children’s ministry for over forty years, and she feels that to teach and guide young lives is one of the greatest callings God can give to anyone. Erma and Jack Saunders have four children and twelve grandchildren.
