Pastors Dan & Patreice Johnson - Shorewood Campus Pastors
Dan & Pat love people, and have a passion to help others become all that God has created them to be. Their transparency in their own testimonies has helped many others to overcome adversity. They’ve been a part of CLC since the mid 1990’s, serving in a variety of roles before joining our staff as Student Ministry Pastors in 1999. They led the team who helped us launch the Shorewood Campus in 2007, and Dan continues to serve on CLC’s teaching team, where his obvious gift of encouragement makes him a popular speaker at each campus. Marcus & Monika Moore - Shorewood Worship Directors
Wherever there’s music, you’re likely to find Marcus or Monika nearby. Marcus is a skilled saxophonist and musician and has served as Assistant Worship Director for CLC’s (Tinley Park Campus) Youth Department since 2002. Having been a part of numerous groups and bands, he currently serves as a staff musician for Bougies Music Group and is a CST for AT&T. He enjoys sharing his love for music. Monika is an award-winning writer/songwriter/vocalist, and owns her own song publishing company, Bougies Music Group. Know to the music industry as Monika Bourgeois, her songs have appeared on many recording artists’ projects & commercial advertisements. Monika has also written articles for music magazines & operates her website in her free time. Monika studied vocal music at Oral Roberts University as a recipient of the Sue Seed Music Scholarship. Marcus & Monika have been married for nearly 7 years and have one lady child, Majesty Grace.
Tony & Lauren Oliva - Shorewood Student Ministries Directors
Tony and Lauren passionately lead the youth ministry at Shorewood. Tony has served in youth leadership with CLC for about 10 years, the last year directing at Shorewood. Lauren has been in youth ministry for about 3 years and was a part of the youth praise band Ignite. The mid-week service they run helps engage the students in a living and active relationship with God. They both have a heart for young people, and they love helping young people come to know Christ and walk that out with Him.
Brandy McKenzie - Shorewood Children's Ministry Director
Brandy McKenzie serves as the Children’s Ministry Director of the Shorewood Campus. Dreaming of impacting children for Christ since her own childhood, Brandy has served in various capacities of children’s ministry including teaching, administration, puppet and drama ministry, short term missions, participating in conferences, as well as the former preschool director for our Tinley Park campus. Her pursuit of God was influenced by the lives of genuine believers who dedicate their time in her life as a young girl. Brandy’s heart desire is to encourage others to play an active part in relating Jesus to the children of today's culture. She really cares about the experiences that children have as they come to church; she believes that first impressions are lasting impressions.
