Pastors Doug & Shanna Neal - Tinley Park Campus Pastors
Doug & Shanna truly have a heart for people, which enables them to be passionate in caring for the varied needs of this congregation. They both come from a rich heritage of ministry backgrounds, and first joined CLC in 2002. Here they have served in a variety of roles, including children’s ministry, office administration, and congregational care, prior to becoming our Campus Pastors in 2006. They are the proud parents of Carrington, Kayla and Caitlyn.

Pastors Steve & Shae are an awesome duo of energy and enthusiasm for our Worship and Fine Arts Department.

Pastors Dan & Patreice Johnson - Shorewood Campus Pastors
Dan & Pat love people, and have a passion to help others become all that God has created them to be. Their transparency in their own testimonies has helped many others to overcome adversity. They’ve been a part of CLC since the mid 1990’s, serving in a variety of roles before joining our staff as Student Ministry Pastors in 1999. They led the team who helped us launch the Shorewood Campus in 2007, and Dan continues to serve on CLC’s teaching team, where his obvious gift of encouragement makes him a popular speaker at each campus. Pastors Jaime & Jeanette Flores - Hispanic Ministry Pastors
Jaime & Jeanette have attended CLC since 1994.
They saw the need to minister to the Hispanic community in our area and as a result, they pastor Centro de Vida Cristiana.
