In his late teens, Gregg served as Junior and Senior Youth Pastor at Central Tabernacle in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, while he attended Northwest Bible College. Later, Gregg traveled with Living Sound, a musical evangelistic ministry that impacted 22 countries. Returning to the United States, Gregg became Senior Youth Pastor for the Portland Foursquare Church in Oregon, where he co-founded "Proclamation Ministries"; a street outreach that became a strong evangelistic voice throughout the greater Portland area. After nearly five years of ministry in Portland, Gregg received the invitation from the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel to assume the position of the National Youth Director. His move to Los Angeles enabled him to complete his degree at LIFE Bible College in 1988.
In January 1995, Gregg resigned as the National Youth Director in order to launch a ministry to the movement makers of the world. Then, in 2000, Gregg married Jessica and together they have launched a new ministry to the "tweeners" of society (those between the ages of 8 to 12). With a passion to "reach" a generation before they need to be "rescued" Gregg and Jessica travel throughout the United States and Canada hosting J12 Encounters for parents and their 8 to 12 year olds. Jesus at the age of 12 spoke 7 words that became the passion of His future. Gregg and Jessica believe those same 7 words can become the passion of a young generation today.
